Through the mission tithe, we support our partners working all across the world - and sometimes locally too - to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. 

Ribble Valley Foodbank

The foodbank is located in Clitheroe and Longridge, and gives out 85 3-day food parcels every month. It's staffed by 75 volunteers, and opens 3 days a week.

The ARC Project, Blackburn

ARC seeks to create a safe, welcoming space for those fleeing war, persecution and violence in their homelands.  ARC provides the practical support asylum seekers and refugees need to start rebuilding their lives in the UK.  Open five days a week the Project runs a number of different activities for service users to participate in. Charis Ministries Africa

Charis works among the poorest of the poor in Mozambique and Ethiopia in partnership with national Christians, providing practical and spiritual help to the marginalised poor: the displaced, widows, orphans, elderly and disabled.Charis provides homes for the homeless, food-kits, seeds and tools for small farms, bikes, medicines, micro-grants and loans for small businesses and school uniforms etc. Alongside this Charis teaches the bible to the poorly resourced. Charis' heart is to see the holistic transformation of lives and communities and reveal Jesus through everything we do. The Solomon Project

The Solomon project works in partnership with Mary’s Meals, providing meals to chronically hungry children in their local school. By using local produce and community volunteers they are able to feed one child in school for a whole year for just £17.00. Find out more here.

Turi Micah Feeding Project

The Turi Micah Project is a breakfast feeding project working in partnership with a Kenyan Primary School. Find out more here.

Gideons UK

The Gideons work tirelessly to distribute copies of the New Testament and Psalms. They have recently distributed 500 copies at the Royal Lancashire Show, and almost every Year 7 pupil in Ribble Valley Secondary Schools has received a copy during the last academic year.
