GROWING LEADERS

One of our priorities as we look Towards 2027 is to develop new leaders. We recognise that as a growing church, we need significantly more leaders in all aspects of church leadership. We also recognise that it is vital to support and disciple Christians who are leaders in the workplace.

In September 2022, we launched our first cohort of Growing Leaders. Using a year-long programme, we're equipping new leaders with teaching about character, calling and competence. Each new leader has a mentor - an experienced leader who meets with them regularly and walks with them through the challenges of leadership. 

​

We repeated this in September 2023, so now, 2 cohorts of younger leaders are equipped to take on leadership roles.
