Emerge on Sunday's

All our groups on a Sunday morning run from 10.30-11.25am. All the leaders are CRB cleared and work on a rota basis (volunteers always needed - get in touch with Sam Orsler if you're interested in helping out with any of the groups).

Creche (0-3s)

Creche is a safe environment with appropriate toys for the under 3s.

There is also a short bible activity provided for the 2-3 age group. You are welcome to leave your baby or toddler in the care of church members or to stay with your child in crèche.

The service is relayed through to the crèche so that you can still hear the sermon, if your toddler allows.

Serious Play (3-5s)

This group meet together in an upstairs room. The children explore bible stories in a creative and relevant way through drama, rhymes, games and craft activities, such as, collage, painting modelling playdough, printing, cutting and sticking.

The children pray and sing songs together and have a regular circle time where they share their news.

Adventurers (6-8s)

Adventurers meet first in the Oasis Room with the older group Over the Tops (9-11s). This is for a 10-15 minutes of kids praise, prayer and a game. Adventurers then go upstairs with their leaders. They have fun learning about God and different people in the bible through interactive activities, such as, games, arts and crafts, dramas, quizzes…They are also given the opportunity to share their thoughts and pray together.

Over The Tops (9-11s)

OTT meet first with the younger group Adventurers in the Oasis Room.

Following this they stay in the Oasis Room to explore issues and characters in the bible through a variety of activities, such as, competitions, drama, arts and crafts,  run around games, memory verses, DVD clips, discussion and prayer.
